Please Note:

*When Picking The Shipping/Delivery Option: Shipping days are calculated based on when UPS receives a fulfilled package. GBG's processing and production time varies and is not included in the shipping time range. Orders with no paid shipping, will be sent on Ridley's delivery trucks once a week. 

*Adding Custom Notes: If you are requesting your name or title on the apparel, please double check your confirmation email stating these notes went through. We have noticed that if you order from a Ridley's work computer, often times these notes don't get saved to your order. We highly recommend ordering on a home computer using Google Chrome for the notes to work properly.

*Returns/Exchanges: Because each item is custom embroidered or printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind once the item has been decorated. Please review your size carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing, we're happy to help before your order is placed. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or we made an error on your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.
